Asking for purchasing a collection bag for my leaf blower.
Sir, I am a regular customer of Lidl in Malta and am very proud buying different items from your stores. Unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed and by this email I would like an urgent response. I bought a FLORA BEST LEAF BLOWER on 16th. September, 2008, (only 1 month old), and somehow I have damaged the collection bag which is with click-in connection. This item has a 3 years warranty and I hardly just used it for 1 month. On requesting to purchase a replacement collection bag, the employee told me that they only purchase this item as unit but do not serve replacment parts. I really am disappoined as for the damaged collection bag do I have to discard my leaf blower which is used only 1 month when I have 3 years guarantee??. I believe the collection bag is a consumer unit which easily can be damaged and so must be supplied with a replacement part. Shelves from Lidl - difficult to assemble
I bought high shelves in Lidl on 3rd of Feb. but there are no instructions on how to put all the pieces together. Can anyone who bought these please help. There are a lot of screws and bits to be assembled. Did any one get instructions in their box or know where I could get instructions for assembly ? Please help as they were good value but no good if I can't erect them. Thank you, Katrina
